You’ll be the engine behind the success of our programs and internal operations.- Event Management
Find, contact, and negotiate with venues across the globe
– Coordinate logistics, schedules, accommodation, and smooth onsite execution
– Ensure events run efficiently and meet the InnerCamp standard
– Team Coordination
Interview new candidates and help us find the right talent
– Manage and support internal team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and with heart
– Platform & Tools Management
Maintain our online platforms (booking systems, course platforms, CRMs, etc.)
Research and implement new tools that improve workflow and team efficiency
– Community Management
Engage with our tribe across platforms (email, Mighty Networks, social media)
Build relationships and nurture our global community with care and presence
– Financial Controlling
Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting for events and operations
Collaborate with our finance team to keep everything in balance
Start: 20 hours/week for 2–3 weeks (paid probation period)
Then: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Remote – work from anywhere in the world. Must have reliable internet and flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
