You’ll work closely with our CEO, helping manage operations and supporting the execution of international events and training programs. This is more than just admin — it’s a key support role with room to evolve.
Responsibilities:
Communication & Correspondence: Manage inboxes and ensure timely responses. Draft communications, documents, and presentations.
Project & Operations Support: Track projects, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct research and support operational planning. Assist with online and in-person event coordination.
Event & Travel Coordination: Help plan logistics for global events and team travel. Liaise with venues, partners, and service providers.
Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with collaborators. Document meetings and track follow-ups.
Administrative & Tech Support: Keep digital systems and files well-organized. Identify and implement workflow improvements
Requirements:
Highly organized
Clear, professional communicator (written & verbal)
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Skilled in remote work tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)
Comfortable researching logistics, legal info, and vendor details
You’re passionate about wellness, healing, or personal growth
3+ years of experience as a Virtual or Executive Assistant
Strong project coordination skills
Availability for at least 20 hours/week with flexibility to grow
Able to work independently across different time zones
